Have you ever wanted to learn how to sail? Are you a UCF Student? Then now’s your chance!
The Sailing Club @ UCF offers Learn to Sail courses each semester. Each course takes place over 8 Sundays (time TBD) at the Lake Eustis Sailing Club. Registration also includes basic membership into the Sailing Club at UCF.
The course is led by the US Sailing Certified Instructors from LEYSF with assistance from experienced sailors from our own club (some of whom are graduates of this very course!)
After completing the course, you will be ready to join our other sailing events. You may want to join our intercollegiate racing team (Graduates of the Learn to Sail course get a special rate), or you may decide to go sail at one of many local sailing organizations that the Sailing Club at UCF has partnered with. Whatever you want to do, we will get you ready!

Refunds may be granted up until 2 weeks from the start of the course. If spaces are filled before your payment is received and we are unable to create space in the course you payment will be fully refunded.
LEYSF provides the boats and gear, you just need closed toed shoes, water, hat, sunscreen, and a towel. If you have a USCG Type III PFD (lifejacket) bring it, if you do not have one LEYSF has some you can borrow.
