Since 2004, Lake Eustis Youth Sailing Foundation has been offering sailing lessons to youth. This year, we are offering 2 levels of sailing classes.
Younger sailers 6-8 will be introduced to sailing, go for rides with instructors, do ecological activities and fun projects with art and science of sailing.
Sailors ages 9 and up and will have opportunities to learn to sail in either an Optimist, O’Pen Bic, Laser, or 420 depending on size and age. Students learn in a class environment and then put their skills into practice on the water. These students also do STEM activities with the science of sailing!
